Roasted Chickpeas

The following is the recipe that I got my Moroccan Spice Mix from. It sees more action in the veggies chapter of the cookbook.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Rinse and dry chickpeas.
  3. Toss with other ingredients.
  4. Roast in one layer on a cookie sheet for 40 minutes.
