Panko Haddock
This is an Emerilization of Table for Two’s Crispy Baked Haddock.
Serves 2.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ lbs. haddock filets
- ½ c. panko
- 1 T. dijon mustard
- dash lemon juice
- dash olive oil
- Essence of Emeril to taste
- oil for baking sheet
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 425°.
- Oil a small baking sheet.
- Mix panko, mustard, lemon juice, oil, and Emeril.
- Dry fish and place skin side down on sheet.
- Coat top of the fish with panko mixture.
- Bake 7 minutes or until done.
