Panko Haddock

This is an Emerilization of Table for Two’s Crispy Baked Haddock.

Serves 2.


  • 1 ½ lbs. haddock filets
  • ½ c. panko
  • 1 T. dijon mustard
  • dash lemon juice
  • dash olive oil
  • Essence of Emeril to taste
  • oil for baking sheet


  1. Preheat the oven to 425°.
  2. Oil a small baking sheet.
  3. Mix panko, mustard, lemon juice, oil, and Emeril.
  4. Dry fish and place skin side down on sheet.
  5. Coat top of the fish with panko mixture.
  6. Bake 7 minutes or until done.
