Turkey Meatballs

This is another Recipezaar recipe, #33944. Feel free to toss them into pasta sauce afterwards.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ c. onion, diced
  • ¼ c. parsley, chopped
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp oregano
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ½ c. breadcrumbs
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast (optional)
  • olive oil

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil.
  2. Form into meatballs 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Fry in oil 5 minutes or until browned.
