Vegetables in Olive Oil and Garlic

The best thing to do with vegetables is to fry them in olive oil and lots of garlic. You can also roast them with a light coating of olive or sesame oil, garlic, salt, and optionally pepper. (You can even do this with celery.)

If for some reason those won’t do, I’ve included some other things you can do with them.
